Free Low Income Native American Sport Fishing Lisence Ap
A free fishing license is available for any resident Native American who is financially unable to pay the fee required for a Resident Sport Fishing License, pursuant to Section 7151(a)(2) of California Fish and Game Code. Free fishing licenses are available only to Native Americans who meet all of the requirements and the application.
Youth Scholarship Application
The Sports Fee Scholarship has expanded to include all youth extra curricular activities. Tribal Members can apply for up to $250 per child/per year.

Higher Education Grant Application
Tribal members attending a Higher Education institution, and who complete the application with a financial aid officer from their school, may be eligible to receive a grant from the tribe. Download and return the application below.
Community Service Block Grant
Offers statewide emergency assistance, available for Native Households located in California that have been affected by the pandemic. It does not matter if you are on or off reservation, or if you are from an out-of-state Tribe.
LIHEAP & LIHWAP
The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides assistance to eligible low-income households with the goal of managing and meeting their immediate home heating and/or cooling needs. Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) provides financial assistance to help manage their residential water utility costs.

Yard Service Request Form
Tribal Members living on the rancheria can submit a yard service request form. Please return to the tribal office to process your request.
Vocational Rehabilitation Resources
Pinoleville Pomo Nation operates the Pinoleville Vocational Rehabilitation Program which provides services for Native Americans with disabilities for the purpose of helping maximize efforts for employment, self sufficiency and independence.
Inter Tribal Council of California
The Mending Basket program serves Native people living in California in the form of Family Violence Prevention workshops, family strengthening and Wellbriety. Workshops include all four of the Native American Fatherhood and Families Association Curriculums; Fatherhood and Motherhood is Sacred, Linking Generations by Strengthening Relationships, Addressing Family Violence and Abuse and Wellbriety’s Red Road.
Individuals who attend find a welcoming and supportive environment, our groups are certificated and can assist those with court orders, CPS and ICWA mandates as well as domestic violence, anger management and addiction. Clients who are mandated to attend receive letters addressed to mandated agency on their behalf when needed.
Our workshops have also been accepted by TANF Programs for work participation hours, monthly attendance verification is provided. All our workshops except for Red Road are certificated classes and are offered online via Zoom and in person.
